Condolence: I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Andrew Cather, Martha’s brother.
Andy was just a young boy when we first met. I remember him as Jeannie’s kid brother … he was about 6 yrs old.
Often I made the short ride to Grey Rock to visit the Cather family. They all made me feel at home. Little Andrew was no exception and he was the youngest of the clan.
He and his brother Bernie (Rabbit) always wanted to know abou tmy boat and how many fish I caught. Little Andy was the pride and joy of the family.
While reading the condolences I was saddened but also rejoiced to read that Andrew had grown up to be a fine man.
Each person wrote of Andrew’s love as a husband and his care as a father and grandfather and how he touched the lives of so many people he came in contact with.
Each talked about his helping hand and his generosity… his ability to put a smile on a customer’s face … and the love he had toward his family and friends.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Andrew's mom Mrs. Maxine Cather, to Martha and Jerry and Don, Judy, Bernie and Sam and their families.
I am saddened that Andrew is gone but happy that he was ushered into Heaven.

Condolence: For Andy, Fair winds and following seas,
may forever you feel, upon your cheek, the salty breeze. Your spirit lives on in many a heart,
your words captured, and never to depart.
May your loved ones have the comfort in knowing,
to heaven is where you are going.
For all that they have to do is look above,
and they will be reminded of your love. To the Cather family with Deepest sympathies.
